Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/malisis/core/registry/MalisisRegistry

    at net.malisis.doors.sound.GlassDoorSound.register(GlassDoorSound.java:43)
    at net.malisis.doors.DoorRegistry.registerSound(DoorRegistry.java:223)
    at net.malisis.doors.DoorRegistry.<clinit>(DoorRegistry.java:115)
    at net.malisis.doors.DoorDescriptor.<init>(DoorDescriptor.java:95)
    at net.malisis.doors.descriptor.VanillaDoor.<init>(VanillaDoor.java:66)
    at net.malisis.doors.Registers.registerVanillaDoors(Registers.java:132)
    at net.malisis.doors.Registers.init(Registers.java:92)
    at net.malisis.doors.MalisisDoors.preInit(MalisisDoors.java:88)

Malisis Doors is trying to use a class from Malisis Core that doesn't exist. Make sure both mods are up-to-date.

If the issue persists with the latest versions of the mods, report it to the author.

It's not obvious which mod is causing this, so you'll need to remove mods until it no longer happens.

Try starting with these:

WARNING: coremods are present:
  ShetiPhian-ASM (ShetiPhianCore-1.9.4.jar)
  MalisisCorePlugin (MalisisCore-1.10.2.jar)
  MC3ASMCorePlugin (Metroid-Cubed-3-Mod-1.10.2.jar)
Contact their authors BEFORE contacting forge
