Launcher 2.0.832 Won't Install 1.10.2

So my current launcher (version is 2.0.832 as of 4-9-17) is unable to install the Forge 1.10.2 version into the game; I will tell it to install and it will say it has done so successfully yet it will not show anywhere in the launcher that the files exist, yet when I go into my actual files it shows its there. I already have Forge 1.11.2 installed would this be conflicting with the older version, or is the older versions of forge no-longer use-able?

They are installed as versions, you have to go in and edit your selected profile to use the forge version.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

So I just tried doing that. I gave it the version to use yet it did not run it like forge its only the vanilla version.

Then you didnt edit the right profile in the launcher. Make sure you're running the correct one.  The big green play button has the profile name, and the version it will run.
