Potion API

A simple api for adding potions, and adding brewing recipes would be very handy and neat.  There is no easy way to do this even with mucking with base-classes.  A simple api fr adding both brewing recipes and potions wouldas well as potion effects would be greatly beneficial to the modding community.

You can already add potions and potion effects without an api. Using all vanilla features.

There is no 'brewing recipe' its all done with bit manipulation and all items can have this string.

Again, this is not needed, the ONLY thing that would be really needed is to expand the potion/potion effect arays, however, this isnt even needed as you can do it yourself if you need to.
