I don't know why, but I do not know how to install mods onto Forge, and the mod is MinecraftCapes. Can anyone tell me where to do it?

    Just put them in the mods folder, that's it.

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

    btw I'm not a moron. I know where to put it, how to download it and how to use it, but my file shows up as a WinRAR file, not a java file. Do I have to uninstall java?
