My 1.6.4 Sim-U-Craft mod isn't working

This is my first time ever trying to activate/use mods so sry if this is dumb. 1.6.4 Sim-U-Craft isn't working, i can get into the minecraft singleplayer/multiplayer selection and play just fine but my this mod doesn't want to activate(i don't crash anymore i've managed to fix that on my own).

 PLZ HELP ME I'VE PUT IN AT LEAST A TOTAL OF 24 HRS OF TIME INTO THIS.

im starting to think about giving up...

1.6.4 is not supported on this forum.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
