[1.8.9] Stand on moving solid blocks

Hey,

I'm trying to create some kind of an ship Entity which allowes you to stand on it while driving.

I got to the Point where I need to find somehow a way I can stand on the blocks while moving them without clipping through. They should act like normal blocks, but moving between the normal block grid.

Is there any way to create such an Illusion?

You will have to turn your blocks into an entity (mob).

I already mentioned that I'm going to build an Entity for it. My question is now how to make an Entity which can be stepped on.

It doesn't work that way. There's an older mod that does what you're looking for and it uses subworlds (essentially a second World). Worlds don't collide with other Worlds though.

And no, I don't know how to do it.

Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable.  If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME.  Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.

Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked.

DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.

Why do you even answer to my question if you are unable to tell me the Name of the mod or how this should work

Never heard of subworlds before. This sounds very, very interesting. Can you give me some examples of it or a documentation?

@WOLFI3654 Use google. took me like 2 minutes. If you feel up to it you can use JDGUI and have a look at Archimedes Ships Plus. Not sure how good collision is working though.

Here could be your advertisement!

Actually I know the Framez mod. I had a look into it but I was not sure how it's mechanics got produced.

*This Archimedes Ships Plus mod is using a very interesting api... Your Response was very helpful

"Subworlds" is not in the code as anything. It's a notion.
