unable to play 1.7.10!

Hi there for the past couple of days I've been attempting to figure out what was wrong with my Minecraft as one morning i was unable to play so one by one i took out a mod from my folder trying to find the problem and i kept on trying to find out what went wrong. this is the error -

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException

eventually i noticed(after i took off all the mods) when i had forge enabled it only said 3 mods in the bottom left corner so i clicked onto the mods tab and i noticed the Mod which is called minecraft isn't there!

i have no idea how to fix this any help would be much appreciated. PS I'm on a MAC

  Hello. I have downloaded a mod pack called HardRock TerraFirmaCraft for the 1.18.2 minecraft version. After playing for a few days my world began to crash with me doing nothing in particular. I did tweak the settings for better frame rate and tried updating my drivers. I am not sure if this is an issue with my world or if there's a problem with a specific mod(s). I hope its the latter.   I had the same Error before and then downloaded Connectivity and Cupboard. For me it worked afterwards but for another person that wanted to join me using the Essential Mod, it wasn't fixed. Please help https://mclo.gs/CWvUG96
