Minecraft forge 6.6.0 mismatched world id's

I have been having this issue since 1.4.5 with forge. When i go on a single player or multiplayer anything, i get an error that reads "Minecraft forge modloader has found mismatched world id's:

id 100 is mismatched. World( This is blocked by the done sign)

Id 115 is mismatched. World( Also blocked by done sign)

The logs give full information.

Aside from that, its a configuration issue between your client and server, if its a local game it should give you a Continue button, just cliek it.

If it doesn't you need to make sure your client is configured properly
