It would be amazing if there was a 1.12 mod that allows you to freely transform the HUD elements.

 

Enable/Disable elements ( hunger bar, hearts, exp bar, level indicator)

The ability to move the elements on the UI anywhere you want (or atleast just replace elements with other elements)
