Tinkers Construct not showing in inventory

So I was able to get my minecraft server 1.12.2 hosted by bisect hosting up and running with mods and forge, the only issue now is the problem I am having with tinkers construct, On the console nothing is showing to be wrong aside from some english language missing for some mods? 

but going into the game I find myself and other players on my server have the same problem of under the tinkers tab nothing shows up, and if we grab a tinkers item from the NEI on the side it crashes the server and everyone is kicked off briefly

You really should create your own thread, because even though you may think it's the same problem, a lot of times it is not, and then you've gone and hijacked someone else's thread.
