1.11.2 Server v13.20.1.2386 en-us.lang warning

Hello guys.

When I start my server I receive warning messages that some en-us.lang files are missing by FileNotFoundExceptions such as: assets/mcp/lang/en_us.lang and assets/fml/lang/en_us.lang. When I look in the jar they also seem to be missing. What can I do to fix these warnings? Is it bad that I get them?

It's a warning - not a problem. It comes from the fact that there are two mods listed which aren't really there in order to give credit - MCP, and FML (which is now integrated with Forge).

These warnings were quietened down in Forge 1.12-14.21.1.2399. Update to 1.12.2 and you won't see them anymore.
