FMLCommonHandler.instance().bus().register(instance); is Deprecated?

IntelliJ gave me a warning that bus in

FMLCommonHandler.instance().bus().register(instance);

is deprecated.  Is there something else I should be using in the place of that line of code?

Use MinecraftForge#EVENT_BUS instead, they're the same thing.
