I'm getting this error when trying to launch my personal mod pack.

Latest version of minecraft launcher it updated today when I ran it.

I have deleted and reinstalled the version of forge I need and it still gives the error above. Is there any fix to this problem I'm having?

You're not using the vanilla launcher.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
