Failed to download forge

I'm getting this error when trying to launch my personal mod pack.

Latest version of minecraft launcher it updated today when I ran it.

I have deleted and reinstalled the version of forge I need and it still gives the error above. Is there any fix to this problem I'm having?

You're not using the vanilla launcher.

Yes, but what did you use to install Forge.

Because you didn't use our installer.
