Forge libraries not downloading

Okay so I got the big long list of files that can not download when trying to install Forge. I did a ton of research and fixed all the files except for two. those are the two plugin files, the scala-continuations-library and scala-continuations-plugin. I've tried everything I can think of but i'm out of ideas
