Yes it is possible.

No we will not write it for you.

Talk to the people who made the software you're showing in your images. If they have half  brain they can make it work in Minecraft.

 

 

BUT beyond that, don't do it as it's against Mojang's EULA. 

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
