There is any effective way to read bossbar names? I don't want to ASM it.

 

Should I consider adding a packet handler at netty?

Client Side, every bossbar which is sended to the client.

The problem is that i want to know when this updates and i can't just keep doing reflections all the time

The field lookup is what's slow.

Do that once, cache it.

Actually retrieving the value is pretty fast.

1. You don't have to, the field is final.
2. Even if you do, accessing a field with reflection is fast enough. It's the lookup (performed once at game startup) that is a bit slow.
