Setting up a server using a Modpack?

So I am setting up a server. I have Forge installed properly and it does run but the modpack doesn't come with a server folder JUST the mods IN the mod pack. I have no idea which mods are client side and which are server side. I tried figuring it out but when it finally does load it comes up on minecraft that I am fatally missing blocks or items. here is a list of the modpack

And this is the error I get after I remove

Any suggestions to fix this issue?

ok point me toward a 1.12 modpack with all the mods and I will do so.

I recommend having a look at the AT Launcher (ATL) they have a lot of easily customisable mod packs for the most recent versions of Minecraft, and the packs almost always Just Work™️
