mantawolf Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 http://i1303.photobucket.com/albums/ag146/mantawolf/mc_error_zpsdb5ce12a.jpg[/img] I am not getting any log files or anything. Completely deleted the .minecraft folder, downloaded a new executable. The executable downloaded the required files and started just fine. I closed that out and dropped the files for Forge into the minecraft..jar file and the image is what happens when I start minecraft now. Had no issues until the Minecraft update today. Quote
SanAndreaP Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Which Forge version? Which Minecraft version? There should be a log. The ForgeModLoader-client-0.log in your .minecraft folder. Did you delete the MOJANG files within the META_INF before you installed Forge? Quote Don't ask for support per PM! mantawolf Posted March 14, 2013 Author Posted March 14, 2013 You would think someone who is a developer would create better help requests... Sorry. Minecraft 1.5 Forge 7.7.0 Deleted everything in my .minecraft folder and started clean. No log files. http://i1303.photobucket.com/albums/ag146/mantawolf/minecraft_folder_zpsd05429ac.jpg[/img] Quote
SanAndreaP Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Which revision of Forge do you have? (7.7.0.xxx) Anyway, did you delete the MOJANG files within the META_INF before attempting to install Forge? How do you install Forge? Sorry, but since you have no logs, I need every detail. Quote Don't ask for support per PM! mantawolf Posted March 14, 2013 Author Posted March 14, 2013 Uh, huh huh, attack of the idiots today. Forgot META-INF is part of the jar file. I kept thinking folder in .minecraft when you said that. Clearing that out fixed my issue. Thanks for dealing with a noob... Quote
