Forge 1.11.2 server mods doesnt work

Hello i got an own Minecraft forge server for the version 1.11.2 but the mods just doesnt want to  work evrytime i place an mod block it disappears the same is with ores from mods they just doesnt exist and theres just air where they should be. Well i tried a lot of things for example try another version try another forge version try to reinstall the forge server nothing works and a strange thing is that if i make an new forge server theres nether the mod folder i always have to edit it in please help i just want some mods.

yes i do the windows forge installer

Nevermind that's a different issue.

You are launching the Forge jar and not the Minecraft one, correct?

Are you close to spawn and not Opped? Vanilla spawn protection is a thing.

no thats not the spawn protection even the ores in the caves are replaced with air blocks and i can place blocks in the spawn maybe that info should help the server shows itselft "vanilla"

minecraft_server.1.11.2.jar

There's your issue... use the forge jar not the vanilla jar.

If i start this forge-1.11.2-13.20.0.2257-universal.jar it doesnt launch the server so whats the problem there

Just because launching the Forge server doesn't work, does not mean you can just launch a vanilla server, it will not get you anywhere. You must launch the Forge jar if you want a Forge server.

Ok so we go back to my original post which turns out to be relevant, make sure you use the forge jar.

ok if i double click on the jar it makes the cursor to the loading circle and then nothing happends the console doesnt open the server doesnt open and no mod folder is created or should i have started at the beginning of the server the forge jar and not the minecraft jar and now its just to late or what ?

well nothing happends as i sad and the comand box  said nothin to but wait a second i reinstalled the server and first clicked on the forge jar and now theres an mod folder. I will try it out

What did you type in the "command box" and please describe how you got the "command box" as I am not talking about the text box in the server's GUI.

Ok now iam confused , i thought you ment the console as "comand box" what comand box do you mean ?

If you are on Windows, I mean cmd or Powershell, either one works for this.

You were asked to run the server from the command line. If you do not know how to do that, there is a great website you can go to if you don't know how to do something. It's called Google.

I just opend the jar file i didnt do anything with an comand box and yes someone said something about comand box the only thing i can now think of comand box is the comand box from the mc launcher and the server works but its in vanilla when i double click on the forge-1.11.2-13.20.0.2257-universal.jar  file nothing happends the server just doesnt boot up the server only boots up if i use the minecraft jar and stop beeing such a jerk im new to this kind of stuff and i wanted help if i want to read that kind of shit with google i would go somewhere else and yes i dont use these "dots" because evreone can understand these scentences without them or can you ? And my native language isn´t english so i dont care

So just you know it my native language is german so yes i know grammar and punctuation. I can do it if I put effort in it. So lets begin with a new start. What should i do after i started the forge jar file to tell you what exactly the problem is?

I started this jar because the right jar the forge jar doesnt start the server and i think thats the problem . Yes I did launch the wrong one but because its the only one that works

So just to be sure if i start this file :forge-1.11.2-13.20.0.2257-universal.jar it should start an console for the server and then start the server right ?

Are you still clicking on the jars or do you have a command line window open, because at this point if you were running them like we asked, you would be able to see the server vomitting out an error into the command line.
