Running latest forge 1.8.9 version decreases my FPS by a ton, only getting around 400, while vanilla/optifine gets 1k.

Before you ask
"Why 400 fps is still a lot?" - yes but I want to record 240FPS and use high res packs, this becomes a problem when my FPS goes under 240 and the game starts stuttering.
"Why record 240FPS?" - when rendered in vegas it creates a really nice blur effect + my PC can handle it while maintaining 800+ FPS on Optifine/Vanilla
- latest windows version / nvidia graphics drivers / java
Forge is a mod loader but I don't think it should drop my frames by that much, AT MOST 200 not 500. Any help is appreciated thanks :^)

1.8.9 is no longer supported on this forum.

And neither is comparing Forge, or Vanilla to Optifine.

Forge does more work then v does and thus there is a slight performance hit over vanilla.
However it should not be noticeable to anyone.

I will not allow 'performance' witch hunts on this forum. If you have a real issue come with real profiling statistics. Not MC's meaningless f3 screen.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
