Hi so I am wondering if there is a way to use Forge with Bukkit there are some neat plugins that I am wanting to use but require bukkit to work.

Is there a way to get bukkit to work with forge. Thanks for any help in advance.

    Hello ! I'm new to this forum but I think I can help you. 

     

    Indeed, it is possible to operate Forge with Bukkit (in part) using the Sponge module. Sponge is an API that allows you to run all Forge mods with a lot of Bukkit plugins (unfortunately not all).

    bukkit is not compatible with Forge or Sponge as the API is severely outdated, the last bridging version was in Minecraft 1.7.10 before bukkit was DMCA’d

     

    on the other hand, Sponge has a decent API and a decent amount of plugins but anything Sponge can do Forge can do also
