Forge is a great mod loader. But I’d love to see it come to systems like mobile,3ds,wii u,nintendo switch,Xbox one,Xbox 360 and the ps series of systems.

If it dose happen I suggest a jar converter where it takes a mod .jar file and converts it for the system your playing Minecraft on!

hope you can do it forge team

It's a great idea! It might not happen though as if we did it for PlayStation and x - box, 1. we'd need permission to add it to the stores, and 2. It would cost a lot of money, more than the budget they have. Sorry!

Making updates to software is not the same as porting a framework from one programming language to another.

There is also the fact that Bedrock Edition (the multiplatform/console version) is written in C++, which cannot be decompiled and examined in the way Java can.

Even if Bedrock could be decompiled there is no promise that the internals are even remotely similar.

Bedrock is completely different from the Java version. It doesn't have the same ability to be modified as Java does. IF a API/Injection Point ever comes into place for Bedrock, then I'll reassess it. But don't expect Java mods to work on Bedrock.

This is my Forum Signature, I am currently attempting to transform it into a small guide for fixing easier issues using spoiler blocks to keep things tidy.

As the most common issue I feel I should put this outside the main bulk:

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.

For players asking for assistance with Forge please expand the spoiler below and read the appropriate section(s) in its/their entirety.
