I'm not sure what you mean by this, what launcher are you using?

This is my Forum Signature, I am currently attempting to transform it into a small guide for fixing easier issues using spoiler blocks to keep things tidy.

As the most common issue I feel I should put this outside the main bulk:

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.

If you are referring to the amount of RAM given to Minecraft, you need to change it with JVM arguments, which are in the advanced settings for each launcher profile.

This is how it is done with Java, Mojang's native launcher just doesn't have a friendly control for it.

Beyond that I have no idea what you are talking about with minecraft "reinstalling itself as minecraft 32" or "now containing LWJGL".

I got it working   I have no idea how but it is working. it does and it is out of date  it is supposed to auto update accord to Mojang but mine didn't  but just in case  what is JVM  I've always just used the supplied code and set it higher and it worked fine?  but I was able to ignore the rest of the argument that has now changed and gotten more complicated then I know how to handle..  but I am again able to just set the first number and it runs  I kept erroring out with Java failed to creat a virtual window  and that was because I enter the line in gigs it failed so I used what I did use M and it still failed  today  it just worked???  I have no idea why.. accept that I used the newest code available from forge  the newest realease this morning.

it said one day after java loaded , load  or set to  Minecraft  32 I dont remember exactly how it worded it now..
