[1.12.2] Mod will not compile code

I'll try to describe the situation to the best of my ability, but please let me know if you need more information.

I'm attempting to port TerraFirmaCraft2 to 1.12.2, but the code does not compile into a jar file [https://github.com/Deadrik/TFC2]. When I run gradlew build, the only file that is built is a meta.inf file.

I've set up the workspace correctly, modified build.gradle, no errors are present in the code, and the environment runs Minecraft 1.12.2 as I had hoped.

What does the command prompt say when you run this command.

I finally managed to fix the issue. For whatever reason, all files in the src folder would not compile unless it was set as a source folder in eclipse (Right click > Build Path > Use as source folder)
