Help with reducing lag on my singleplayer modded minecraft

Windows 10,   AMD 8-Core Processor 4.40 GHz,   ASUS R9 graphics,   64-bit operating system,   7.81 GB usable Ram

 

Description:

I get about 20 fps when standing still in my newly generated world. I put the mod pack together myself, but when trying other mod packs, with 3x as many mods, I get better frames. Am I missing certain mods that help run the game? Do I need more Ram? Idk I need help. My first time putting together a mod pack.

The crash log? I'm a bit confused. The game never crashed for me. Just really low fps.

No, the debug.log found in the logs folder, or the latest.log if you don't have a debug.log.
