Can't start minecraft

I can't start minecraft but i dont know if it's a few 1.8.9 mods I left in my folder or if the mods are out of date.

Tried that, all that came up when i started minecraft was;

You must include the right dependencies for CodeChickenLib:

Requires Minecraft Forge 14.23.4.2718 or above (you have 14.23.4.2705)
