Minecraft went CRAZY

Im not too sure what had happened. but I woke up today, went onto minecraft and began to work on my minecraft modpack I'm developing. After I took a break on another game I went back onto the pack only to be greeted with the main menu background spinning like crazy. I decided to try and get onto my map (which I had stored my recipes for tweaking in the future. and when I hop on I'm greeted to a big giant yellow plane constantly flashing in my face. and the entire world reset. everything I did was GONE.

 

I have the logs. but the file is SO big that it there's no way for me to put it onto pastebin or even upload it through here. though, through some skimming there are ALOT of spams of saying that there is possibly a broken mod. if there's a way I can send the full log please let me know.

Also here's some screenshots of in game. the one of the menu kinda shows the spinning menu bug, since the world is upside down....

 

Here's a list of mods, if there's something that could be causing the problem please let me know, this is really setting me back.

Could you please try to upload the debug.log in your /logs folder?

 

If you have a /backups folder, you should find there an earlier version of your map where it is not broken. Keep it and use it if the problem is solved, so you don't lose all of your work.

 

Where are getting your mods from?

And maybe you updated a mod or something else before, which has a broken update? Do you know what you have done while/after it worked last?

@Cornspies I had ftb utilities which gave automatic backups, yet I cant find them, also Ive been getting my mods from the twitch launcher.

Also theres no Debug.log file in my logs. only latest and the other logs from past playtimes.

Okay nevermind! I had found the problem, apparently changing the algorithim from better FPs caused this, maybe I should report it to them.
