How to check if an item has an enchantment

How I can check if an item has the enchantment silk touch?

16 is the silk touch enchantment id.

e.getHarvester().getHeldItemMainhand().getEnchantmentTagList().getId() == 16

EnchantmentHelper.getEnchantments(ItemStack)

returns a 

Map<Enchantment, Integer>

, which, when called

Map::get(Enchantment)

, returns the level for the specified enchantment.

Do i have to check if the map contains the silk touch id("silk_touch") or just the interager id? If it needs a int how i can get the enchantment id?
