[1.12.2] Extreme Loading times in Modpack

For a couple of days now I've been playing Project Ozone 3 with my buddies but for some reason, I have huge issues with the loading times. My friends have a loading time of around 5-10 Minutes while I have to wait more than 1 HOUR until I'm finally in the Main Menu of the Mod Pack. The most time loading it spends with baking, stitching and loading recipes for JEI. Dunno if this information might help. My PC specs are:

 

NVidia Geforce GTX 980

AMD Fx-9380 8-Core

16GB of DDR (of which are 10 allocated towards MC)

 

The game is installed on an HDD but I don't think that's the issue cus one of my friends also has it installed on an HDD. I'm using the TwitchLauncher to start the Version. I hope anyone here can help me since I found literally nothing that could help me.

    How many other applications are open at the same time? Have you tried using 5gb of ram?
