I have already read this topic:

The problem is that I am not even trying to connect to a multiplayer server. I am just trying to join a singleplayer game. Another problem is that it doesn't seem like I changed something relevant in code, even after changing it back the Exception is still thrown.
I really need some help at this point.

That exception is unrelated, it just tells you you couldn't log in, since you normally don't use an account inside your development setup.

I think there is a way to use your mojang account, but it's not really needed.

If you have code depending on names you can just add -username NICK to your run configuration to test that stuff.

Your crash should have another reason.

That helped me a lot, thanks mate! Found the problem.

    • The crash points to moonlight lib - try other builds or make a test without this mod and the mods requiring it
    • Do you have shaders enabled? There is an issue with the mod simpleclouds - remove this mod or disable shaders, if enabled
