I haven't played Minecraft in a while and I came back to it being unable to launch. ( I have 1.8)

It says:

Forge Mod Loader has found a problem with your minecraft installation
The mod listened below does not want  to run in minecraft version 1.8
PTRModelLib (PTRModelLib) wants minecraft [ 1.10.2,1.10.2]
The file ' ForgeModLoader-client-0.log' contains more information

I do hope this is fixable. I cannot find the ForgeModLoader file it speaks of, or anything mod-related in the Minecraft folder. I have tried re-installing Minecraft but it hasn't budged.

Did you read the error message? It explains clearly what is wrong.

Yes, I've read it. I've been trying to find the ForgeModLoader client to get more information on how to fix it but I can't find it. It's no where.

You're trying to install 1.10 mods on 1.8...

This will not work.

You should update to 1.12 and play modern mods.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
