Mods are "not valid"

When i download mods and put them in the mods file in .minecraft, the game tells me that they are not valide files, do i need to do something else ?

I downloaded them right after forge, like 15 minutes after installing forge

I tried to download two mods dirrectly from CursedForge, but i have the same problem

tbh i don't really understand what a log is, i'm not that confortable with english and i was kinda afraid to ask

In the first site they were marked as "working for 1.13.2", i understand why everything's not working now
