Forge Server Tick-Lag

I'm experiencing some server-tick lag and I cannot figure out how to resolve the issue.

I'm using a VPS hosted server from Shockbyte.
Here are the specs they sent me:

Intel Xeon E5-1650v4 @ 3.60GHz CPU
NVMe SSDs in RAID 1
DDR4 ECC RAM
1Gbps Network Port

I run the server with 6GB of Allocated RAM.
I use 1.12.2 Forge on the server (I forget the Build number)

Here are the timings I collected with no one online via SpongeForge's timings command.

From this I gather my Full Server ticks are taking far too long, but I do not know how to improve that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes. 1.21.11. Unfortunately, the edit button is not working for me.

(Never mind, the edit link in the ... works)

If I can't use vanilla, that's fine. I'd be curious to know why as it was working for 1.21.10 but ultimately, I won't complain because the mods are handy. Moreso just reporting to possibly help others.

Just to be definitive though, is unmodded forge supposed to be compatible with vanilla or is that basically unsupported?

That actually appears to have solved the problem, I deleted the soul_archive.json file and I can actually load the world, the only thing I appear to have lost is my achievements which i can live without tbh lol, I really appreciate all the help! Thank you so much!!

I really appreciate it! Weirdly the soul_archive.json appears to just be empty when i open it up there isn't any text so I'll just try deleting the file, I'll let you know how it goes

i have tried deleting some things before start up, within the mods folder there is one called memory report, if I delete that folder before start up it works, that folder is created on startup
