Minecraft Server Crashes After a Few Minutes (FORGE ONLY)

My server is supposed to be using a custom modpack I'm making, but I've found out it crashes even without any mods and only Forge installed.

I'm using Forge 14.23.5.2836 (same error occurs on 2835) on Minecraft 1.12.2.

The crash occurs only when at least one player is on the server, and happens at any time during exploration or standing still.

2. Always post your code.

3. Never copy and paste code. You won't learn anything from doing that.

I don't think this crash is generated by mods because it works correctly locally.

How do you add a mob to spawn around a existing vanilla structure?

So I have a custom mob that I wanna spawn around pillager outposts naturally. maybe with only 1 limit. But I can't seem to find the right path for it.
Like doing it similar to how pillagers spawn.

rlcraft cant join locally hosted server

downloading the modpack from at launcher got it working..... seems like there was some weird downloading with 2 of the mods failing virus scans.
