[Solved] "missing mods it depends on" but the mods are there?

So basically I don't know what happened or when it started but my mod keeps popping up this error message:

But the mod is in my run/mods/ folder.

This thread is old, you should make your own thread if you are having a problem, as there is a good chance your problem is not exactly the same as this one (even though you may think it is).

 

Also, the OP said it was the wrong version of the salt mod they had. I would imagine that they downloaded the correct version to fix the problem.
