.jar file missing from forge install

I'm trying to install forge 1.12.2. It creates the folder which only has a .json file. Where is the .jar file. Its missing. Thanks

    that is exactly what it's supposed to do. Please search the many many posts exactly like this one before posting.

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
