Me and my friend were playing a modpack on  forge server and then I got this weird error which made my minecraft look like this.  https://imgur.com/UrYKFy0 (sorry about poor image quality at first i took a picture on my phone instead of screenshotting cause i thought it was weird and wanted to send to friends not knowing at the time I'd end up posting here for help with this)

Damage Indicators ended up being the cause, disabled it and now works fine
