Are you asking for Forge for Bedrock Edition?

Because that's not going to happen due to the fact that Bedrock is written in a completely different programming language that can't be modded like Java can.

I am refering to normal server for single player and multiplayer server not for bedrock or realms java... is just for pc mod for singal server world as well for multiplayer one not for bed rock ediction or java

I'm not sure what else you could be referring to. There are three PC versions at the moment, the Java Edition, Bedrock Edition, and the Education Edition. What was previously the "standard" version which had no specific name, was renamed to the Java Edition once what was originally called the Windows 10 version (which was later merged with what is now the Bedrock Edition) came out.

Minecraft Realms is a feature of the Java Edition and not a separate version.

You have just said you are not talking about either of the two commonly available editions of Minecraft.

To clear this up, please provide a screenshot of your Minecraft Launcher/Client.

I think what @Rainney Uchiha is trying to say, is that they want to play mods written against two different versions of Java Edition in the same installation.  

If that is what you want to do, then I have to disappoint you. Due to technical reasons a specific version of a mod is only ever written against a specific version of a game. E.g. you cannot install a 1.8 mod in a 1.12 game.  
However, the creator of the older mod might have updated theirs for the latest version of the game, or the newer mod might have already been available for an earlier version of the game. You should search through all versions of the mods that you want to play together to figure out if they overlap.

That what i am trying to said @Busti thank you for help out... i am kind of bad expalning about the thing i requested... i just wanted to play around using a mod for the latest version for single player world and multiplayer world so we can do use it for rp and many more
