I have recently gotten onto a new computer, put in the mods for 1.12.2, start up the world I need to be on. But one of the mods isn't working. I get out and look at the main screen, it says that they are loaded but a mod isn't active, which I am guessing is the mod that isn't showing up in the world I am playing. None have been disabled and it doesn't show disabled in the mod list. Can anyone help me?

[22:56:37] [Client thread/WARN] [FML]: Mod mclib_core has been disabled through configuration

This is my Forum Signature, I am currently attempting to transform it into a small guide for fixing easier issues using spoiler blocks to keep things tidy.

As the most common issue I feel I should put this outside the main bulk:

The only official source for Forge is https://files.minecraftforge.net, and the only site I trust for getting mods is CurseForge.

If you use any site other than these, please take a look at the StopModReposts project and install their browser extension, I would also advise running a virus scan.

For players asking for assistance with Forge please expand the spoiler below and read the appropriate section(s) in its/their entirety.

I can't say for certain as I've never seen a mod be disabled before, but check the config folder.

What am I looking for?

The strange thing is, I only just installed it on my new computer, put the mod into the mod folder and tried to play, that is all. I have no idea what I did.

I am trying to delete all the stuff inside the config folder and trying to see if that fixes it...... It does not

The "disabled through configuration" is caused by a badly programmed coremod in this case. Report this to the author.

Which mod is not working and in what way is it not working?

I have posted the problem but no response. It is the WorldeditCUI and the visual outline of an area from using Worldedit isn't showing. I can get into the mod options and on the mod list in game it says everything is active. I have tried to do the toggle of viewing the lines but never works.
