I am having an issue with running the client i get the error " Process 'command 'C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_211\bin\java.exe'' finished with non-zero exit value 1"

i have looked everywhere for a solution.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this.

I am new to this modding stuff. I installed forge mdk properly i think and can work in eclipse but i cant run the client.

Edit:My forge version was set to 25 not 26

The logs are also visible in the console of eclipse (if you’re using the launch configurations as you should always be doing and not the runClient command)
