Codechickenlib crashing

So I have a bunch or COFH mods and they require codechickenlib but once codechickenlib is installed it says it doesn't work. All mods are up to date, I made sure there is not other offending mod, I have the latest forge, and it still claims that its not working. How do I fix this?
