I need help with Forge, Library

I looked on countless sites to find how, but I just can't, Forge just doesn't work. 
I found out that I have the longest list too, what do I do? 
Resource packs work ofc.

Also my gaming computer is pretty new, if you need the type, I'll tell you.

Look in the same directory as where the installer is located for a log file that is generated after each time the installer is run. Please post its contents though Pastebin or a Github gist.

That's not it, that appears to be latest.log out of your .minecraft/logs folder, where did you put the installer?
