Mod List, click and download

For mod noobists there isn't any REAL simple way on how to tell someone to install a mod.

 

Maybe if there was a option on the installed mod list to download mods that have been submitted and uploaded on to the forge website. these would then download into the mods folder and be a quick and simple way of getting all the mod you want.

 

Any more ideas?
