Forge Vanilla Server Crashes

Hello Dear Community

I use 36 mods on my minecraft account and there they work perfectly, now i wanted to install them onto my server so i used fileZilla and copied and uploaded all of them to my server.
Now it doesn't works i would be glad for any kind of help.

I would guess you need to install a newer version of forge per the crash report. Give that a go (make sure to update the profile/installation) and see if it helps.

Stupid me was only looking at 14.23.5  and not at the numbers behind.
