How do I decompile minecraft_server.jar with forge?

For a mod I'm working on I need the server jar to be decompiled. Forge's install.cmd doesn't decompile the server jar, however, so how do I do so?

I am going to attempt a plugin that matches client mods with server mods, and downloads outstanding mods.

That can be done with the default setup that forge provides...

And be weary of that, it's a very slippery slope {OMFG Y U FORMAT MY COMPUTER NOOO} there are reasons why forge doesn't do it.
