this should be a little bit easier sense its just me not doing mods right, all 3 are completely unedited just the raw file in a mods folder under .minecraft

I got the optifine from here why does it say 1.14.4 if its not up to date

I believe there is an optifine for 1.14.4, but it is not compatible with forge, it does its own thing to add itself to Minecraft.
