Error when trying to join a server with any version of Forge

I'm trying to play on a public server but keep getting the error "Failed to validate multiplayer chunk data: 0x2a5805ec" even though I was able to play just fine with Forge on the same server earlier, how can I fix this?

 

Also, please don't tell me to just use a newer version of Forge, every version after 28.0.40 has resulted in crashing before reaching the main menu.

So, I made a post earlier saying that I was getting a "Failed to validate multiplayer chunk: 0x2a5805ec" error on version 28.0.40. I've fixed the issue I was having with getting later versions of Forge to work and have come to find that I get the same error on even 28.0.55, is there a way I can fix this? I really enjoy playing on the server I'm trying to connect to and I didn't have this issue earlier today.

Try a newer version of Forge with updated mods.
