Is there a way to create a new particle really easy in forge.

 

Is there a line that you can have in your base mod?

 

I know how to spawn the particle I just need the particle file with a new texture

Creating new particles is pretty easy in both modloader and forge. They are both done virtually the same way as well. You can follow this tutorial here for creating your new particle....
