Big freeze with minecraft mod

Hello, 

 

I installed a mod "decocraft" for minecraft 1.12.2. So I installed also forge 1.12.2 and optifine but when I come in my game (after 15 min of loading), I have bigs freezes and I can't play. I runned my game with 2 processor to test and I change the java' version ...
