ok so i can add a smelting recipie, i can add an item, i can add a crafting item.

what i want to do is add a recipie to pulverisors/macerators

also i want to make a recipie for slimeballs to ic2 rubber.

But the tutorials only show how to add the api`s to your modding enviroment, not how to use them!

we could do with a tutorial for adding recipies to other mods devices and one on how to use items from another mod with our mods.

That's beacuse the tutorials are general tutorials for adding API's.

For anything related to a specific API you should go to it's webpage/author/sources and look for tutorials and help.

For IC2 I know it has it's own active forum which I'm sure you could use to get information on their API, they might already have some tutorials for all I know ;)

In anycase you should head over to the specific API's domain for information on use with their code ^^

If you guys dont get it.. then well ya.. try harder...

couldnt find anything like that for thermal expansion, i will go look at ic2 once i get a chance (at work at mo)

Its more a rough idea of how that needs to be on the tutorials, ic2 and thermal expansion are just examples of what i need but a guide on how to add any api and then add a recipie to it would help.

I tried the thermal expansion irc last night and was met with "oracle have some good guides to java" which lets face it is rude beyond belief, and one person who did help me to know where to look but with out seeing examples its really hard to know how to do it :(

Well it should be added to the guides for the API then :)

You should tell the creator of the API so, but I guess you should check that there ain't one already over at their place ^^
